I would love to share My Story: The Evolution of Me & My Business 

I’m Madi, the Founder of Claw Queen, and my journey in the nail industry has been so much more than just learning how to do nails—it’s been a journey of self-mastery, deep transformation, and stepping into the version of myself capable of building a business and a life I love.
 
When I first became a nail tech 6 years ago, I had no idea how much there was to learn beyond the technique itself. No one taught me how to run a business, how to market myself, how to manage clients, or how to grow without burning out. I had to figure it out—through trial, error, and relentless determination.
 
Within six months, I quit my full-time job and took the leap into nails full-time. I built my clientele, moved into my own salon, and never had to worry about filling my books again. From there, I:
 
✨ Booked out three salon spaces with waitlists.
✨ Built an online community of over 50k followers across platforms.
✨ Generated multi-6 figures just from serving clients in the salon.
✨ Coached and transformed the businesses of 170+ nail techs—beginners and experienced alike.
 
But my biggest transformation didn’t just happen in my business—it happened within me.
 
When I fell pregnant with my daughter, I moved my business back home and slowed down, giving me the space to truly reflect. I started questioning why some things had worked, why some things hadn’t, and what REALLY made the difference between struggling and thriving.
 
That’s when I realised: Success is 20% strategy and 80% mindset, emotional intelligence, and transformation.
 
I did the deep work—the kind that shifts not just your business but who you are at your core. I learned how to understand human psychology, social media, and sales on a deeper level. I mastered the art of energetics, boundaries, and stepping into a leadership role.
 
And as a result?
✨ My career gave me the freedom to move states, transition fully online, and step into the next level of my business and life.
✨ I built a business that supports me, rather than drains me.
✨ I transformed not just my own career, but the careers of hundreds of other nail techs ready to step into their power.
